Well in any case it is fixed now, at least on my Pauline, tks to my father in law's brilliant idea.
Image 1 shows the concerned zone before we did the job (you can see that Hanse yard's vacuum cleaners were out of order when they mounted the floor). I glued the plastic hook that you see on the left side of the head door, to hold the vertical sliding hatch; unfortunately there's no clever storage in the 345 like what you can find in the 415 or Dehlers. I'll post something more in another thread. Image 2 and 3 show the wooden board with adjustable plastic stands that we fitted Now silence rules again ... Cheers, Maurizio |

Something
that works on many boats is to put rubber or leather on the edges. First try
to glue leather strips around the edges of the lower part (hull). Put back
your floor board and see if it helps. If it did,
remove the floor board and mill out on the edges enough to fit the thickness of
the leather in order to get your floor board to have the same height again. Leather is
usually better than rubber as it don’t deteroate after some years. Also it is a
living material adapting to different environments you may be in. Done! |

Hi
Your dealer should fix this problem, which is quite common on new Hanse boats, from my experience. |
