   We just had our jib fairlead replaced.Far more simple and way more effective. 
The angle off the furler is odd and we highly recommend this:

New one saves our lines too!

	I just moved the original lead sonit was higher up allowing the line to run horizontally grim the furler to the lead. I rarely have issues furling the sail, turning downwind to do so in stronger winds.
