This is a discharge protection switch.
When your service battery is below a voltage, it disconnects all the consumers except essential ones. You need to check the trigger voltage setting. Maybe its set to something like 12.5 volts, which is too high. I guess it should be set to 11.5 or something.

It is not directly configured by the voltage but by SOC. Before I changed my installation to Lithium, I had two 160Ah AGM Batteries in my 460. Hanse configured the battery switch to 35% = 112Ah.

I'm in the second season with my 460. No issues in year 1 but now my ML-RBS trips all the time. Frustrating. I understand if I'm out for several hours with heavy use of auto-pilot and electric winches - I often see low voltage warning then. However I'm also seeing it at anchor with little use of any power on the boat. It looks to be tripping under 11V but I can't understand why it's dropping that low. Batteries were tested and look fine.

If the problem is when your Voltage is.love battery protector is close all the electric in the boat the reason is swich. It was happening even I had extra 2 × 165 agm batteries.. At the end I have understand that we need to install this situation to the Masterwolt shunt located in battery area. How I did; find an second hand Masterwolt Screen and installed the real value.

my 3 x 160 Ah AGM batteries failed after 16 months. Most likely due to incorrect charging settings not getting full recharge. We never took them below 50% SOC measured using a Victron shunt and panel but they still failed. I converted to lithium and all is stable.
Dont assume your batteries are fully charged as the SOC measure is not accurate on the SiMarine. Check the charge settings and float to make sure they are getting it fully charged. Black art!!!
