Inside the portside aft cabin cabinet sits a small shelf which lifts up and out (if it wasnt for the extinguisher)
Anyone know the purpose of this shelf? Very curious about what it is for because it otherwise takes-up a lot of extra space: Thank you! Brent

I have my extinguisher in a recessed box below the cupboard. I fitted this myself, making a cutout in the fibreglass to allow the box to be fitted.
I think the floor structure is just to give you a horizontal base due to the curvature of the hull.
