We were operating the bow thruster today and accidentally pushed the activation button while it was retracting for a second. It has killed all power to the bow thruster. I checked four fuses in the bow by the thruster. The huge one and two smaller ones near the batteries, and the 10amp fuse inside the grey brain box. I feel there must be one aft on the DC panel, or someplace else, but the computer with my fuse locations is dead and I can’t use the SD card in my iPad. Any help finding this missing fuse would be greatly appreciated! Thank you….Carter

Carter,
It is possible the fuse for the BT controller has blown. This is normally located on the lower DC fuse panel below the DC and AC switch panels. On our boat it is listed as XB9.6.41 and is a 15amp blade type fuse.

Wayne you are my hero! That was the exact location and fuse. I really can’t thank you enough! That made a long job of checking fuses, five minutes.

Carter,
I have two PDFs showing the fuse locations on the lower DC pane and the upper (WE) DC panel and although they date from about 2014 they seems to be still mainly accurate. If you PM me you email address I can forward both onto you. Enjoy your 455.

Hope my post isn’t too far off topic… I’m in the middle of redoing my DC system and want to clean up the “mess” while I’m at it. Per attached pic, item 1 is a fuse block containing 3 fuses, item 2 is a relay for ?, and item 3 is another fuse block which only has 2 fuses. Anybody know what these control? I’ve started the hunting process but I’m not opposed to going the easy route! Hoping this works.... ![]() Edited by Issywa - 07 February 2025 at 05:35 |

Issywa,
Send me your email address via a PM on this site and I can email you a few PDFs which should be similar to the electrical system on your Hanse.
