My plan is to buy Hanse 445 and rent it, bu I'm not well informed. Can anyone who is familiar with yacht charter tell me what are the average prices for charering a boat like this ?

£ 1000 in a bad week and £ 2500 in a good week is my guess .
If you use a broker they will take 40% and you will liable for all wear and tear out of your 60%
I know about the broker bit and am guessing the price per week, but if you cannot get 1k on a 200k boat it is not worth the effort, and if you look at what you can have for 2.5k then I am probably in the right area.
Do not forget that most countries require the boat to be coded for charter and this will cost a bit about 5-10k depending of what spec you have.
