Tip  : when you have a new boot , put the temperature lower on the boiler.  When the boiler is always on 70 C than is it possible that there come a lot of kalk  in the boiler.
 
When you get the boot from the dealer : take same rubber with you, for under the plastic door when you put in on the upposite door,
