B&G H5000 instrument - tidal set

   I'm having problems with my H5000 instrument - specifically the tidal set. 
I had to have my B&G system rebooted (by the electronics dealer). Since then the H5000 display on the "TIDE" page isn't correct. The big blue tide arrow is approx 180 degrees out - and doesn't move very much at all. (It used to be fine before the reset). Has anyone come across this problem - and found a fix?
