AIS (I used mine through the channel in the fog at night and wouldn't buy a boat without it) and Diesel heating, even in July we slept on the boat on the trip back from Germany and it was bl**dy cold in the morning, but 5 minutes of heating and all was well.    I have also got a 'tent' for the cockpit that I can use to keep out the elements, cold and rain when I get back to UK and Sun and sand out here.  OK I got a bespoke one because I dont like metalwork on my boat so mine has boom lifts instead, and I hear the factory canvas work is not so good, but the idea is great.
