Hello!

I have bought the Raymarine X-5 Wheel Pilot, earlier model was Raymarine S1, to be installed on our 371.

The standard cable between the central unit and the autopilot is 4,5 m (15 ft) and I want to keep that.

You who have a Raymarine Wheel Pilot, where is the cource computer installed on your 371?

I have the course computer below deck , and it is mounted behind the aft bedroom on our 370.

The controll unit is mounted on the steering pedestral.

Thanks Marcel

I have two options now, behind the electrical panel or behind the aft bedrooms.

Will most probably install it behind the electrical panel.

Hi Marcel

I have already downloaded and checked the manuals from Raymarine.

There are several options in the installation manual where to place the central unit.

Thats why I placed the question on the forum   Wink

The course computer was installed in the locker in the after cabin on port side after recommendation from our dealer.
