Peter,
I gather you have a Selden rig. At the base of the mast you will see a set of numbers that identifies your mast and rigging set up. You need to give this number to your rigger and they can contact Selden to identify all the details of your rig as well as all the dimensions and components of your rig. It may be difficult to see but the number will be scribed at the mast base. The number identifies the mast cross section and boom cross section and the serial number of your set up. It will be something like - K34-C304-12049-354 160. |

Hi, when we had the standing rigging replaced earlier this year, we got everything from Selden rather than have it made up in Phuket, I was pleasantly surprised by the price, yes a bit more than locally made up but an OEM set up
All the best Paul

Hi Paul,
I can see on Boatoons web site rigging replacement price - can you recall your cost please? Also did you source from Selden in UK?

Hi, my rigger organised it, but I am sure he got from Selden direct, the cost was approximately GBP 6,000.
Good luck Paul

Paul,
Meant to say same price for furling and conventional mast - running rigging about 600- diagram does not show forestay so maybe oversight I think your use of a local rigger to do work and purchase direct from Selden would satisfy any insurance question. Pete
