Bow Tack fixture for Gennaker

   so I have ordered a Gennaker and have been thinking too much about the tack point at the bow.  The factory installed padeye just didn't look up to the task.  I think that I read on this forum that it was sufficient, but I never got my head around that.  So I was recently having some other work done and I asked the fabricator to come up with a stronger fixture.  


Well it is installed and I m just waiting on the Gennaker to be delivered.  When removing the padeye and installing this I found that there is an aluminum plate in the bow that the padeye bolts threaded into.  It was likely strong enough
