This is only when you have the flat flushdek hatches. 
In the Vetus airbreather that Hanse use as the  drain for the hatches there are 2 screws in the black plastik.Take this screws out and you wil find the filter.You can easy remove the filter then.

I have also asked Inspiration Marine in the UK and Aura Yachting in Turkey, they both said that it is best not to take off the filter.
Here is what Hanse posted me "

The breathers used for the hatch drains are multi-purpose and for some of the uses (fuel & water tanks) the stainless gauze is an essential part of the fitting.  We have not had any need to remove them on the UK based boats yet but as part of the annual service make sure they get taken out and cleaned  (or atleast checked anyway).

 

As a deck drain they do not have a useful purpose so the gauze can be removed if it is getting blocked up.  It is only when they are mounted horizontally as a breather that the gauze has a real purpose."

I have been told by both Simon (Aura), Andy (hanse engineer) and Phil (Hanse) that these kind of leaking problems are pretty common in new boats. Expensive or less. Does not matter. Since these boats are made on land, when they are put in water, there might be some natural movement, and I am told that some times, these hatches needs to be re-sealed. Simon will do that next week. Hopefuly that works.

QUESTION to the Hanse owner's public: I found that the kitchen cabinets are not realy well done. Not quality wise (that, I do not know yet), but in terms of space. For example, the heights of the cabinets are too much. if you have 12 glasses, you loose the space on the top of the glasses you have put in the cabinet. I thought, a shelve would do. But, I am all ears. If you guys have any advices, let me know.. cheers

Okay, little more updates here...
I decided to add some shelves in the galley cuboards. I asked Inspiration Marine to get the wood. Phil and Andy prepared them, and Simon fitted them. Relly nice. Saves a lot of dead space.

The leaking Hatch has been re sealed. So far so good. Some Ceiling were falling off, probably due to heat in Bodrum, and it all has been re-fitted by Simon too.
The Simrad's Sonic Hub is a great little tool for music lovers. It enables you to connect your iPod to your Simrad instruments. It Transform the Simdrad Chart Plotter in to a Ipod Menu. Can even watch a movie if you wish! I bought it from Miami for only 220 usd. Aura Yachting has fitted it for me.

I have been sailing every weekend so far. The boat is great! Nice performence, easy to handle. The Simrad auto pilot came with a remote control. So, you can even steer your boat with a small control from any there on the boat. Impressive...

Simon, is working on a Garage set up. Some netting, shelf and straps will do the trick to have a neat and user friendly garrage.

So far alll the little problems such as, faulty Simrad instruments, or repairs under warranty, additions to the boat (ex-Warranty), has been done very smoothly. I have to say, I hardly experienced a service of that quality on any thing I bought before.

All the smalll stuff (leaks or breaking stuff etc) are dealt in time by Phil, and Simon. No pain, all gain...
The important stuff such as the rigging are in perfect condition since the begining.

My experience so far shows that it is not the boat, but from whom you buy it and to who you trust it for servicing it is the most important decision. I think all the boats have similar probelms. Independent of the price.
