This is not a new problem! I use to own a Hanse 371 from 2004 with the same issue and the same goes for my Hanse 400e from 2006. Both boats are far away from warranty but I think that Hanse alsways has used "Sikaflex" that is not resistent to UV.....

Sika 295 UV seem to be the go. Mine new seal look great so far.
