Removing Stern Rails

   Good afternoon all - Considering removing the stern rails on my H400 (2012) and replacing them with a SS solar arch/davit setup.   The issue Im running into is access to the forward most post of the existing stern rails.  Access (especially to the starboard rail) to the bolt holding in the stern rail seems to be non-existent.  Im considering possibly cutting an inspection port into the propane locker to gain access.  Has anyone in the group removed their stern rails?  Have any tips?  Thanks in advance.
