Hi
Have been searching for modell number and spareparts for 6 Lewmar Opening Portlights on a 371, starting to believe they are Hanse specific. Alu frame width 390 mm x height 155 mm. Acrylic W 333 mm x H 95 mm. Number on Acrylic window hard to read, 00835 28?2 Anyone knowing model name? Locking for new rubber sealings and maybe new acrylic windows, price is a key factor when deciding what to do. The info I have found is with different sizes and with plastic blinds/frames. I think they are Hanse specific.
1) Contact Lewmar in England 2) Maybe your are lucky and the windows of the Varianta 44/37 are the same and you can get them from Hanse. I think all spareparts can be taken directly from Lewmar, the seals are not specific per model. Just the acrylic and the frame is specific. For the acrylic you can use standard PMMA and cut it to size! BR Thomas

These windows are special made for Hanse by lewmar.
They was used in the 325 but not longer in the new series. The big windows in Varianta 37&44 are the same as in the 371. Contact hanse aftersails, maybe they can help. You can use a standard rubber sealing and cut it ( stick together with neopren glue). I have replaced the rear windows with Lewmar size 0 standard portlights. They are slightly larger, but it fits. However, the height for the front windows is not sufficient. |

Today did I get advice from Lewmar UK
___________________________________________ Hello Stefan
The part number for a replacement acrylic would be 361392009. There is not a replacement seal set up so it would be a bulk length of seal that would need to but cut to suit. Part numbers below 360102905 NEW ST PL Mk3 SEAL 5m 360102910 NEW ST PL Mk3 SEAL 10m

I will also be fitting new seals to the opening portlights on our 371…once I gather up the courage. I have the Mk3 seal mentioned above and tried one while underway last year. Couldn’t get it to sit properly so ended up refitting the old seal. Any tips on how to fit the new seals?
