Already sent a mail to their Support again and asked for further investigation.
Aside of the Plastic Bushes were one of it has crackles, the Furler is quite working well.
By the way, is anyone of you using Silicone Spray or similar to lube the Furler?

I Dismantled my facnor
From factory, it’s grease that deteriorates over time and get harts like in its appearance.

If you trying to spray in oil or teflon or silicone
You might end up with stains in your sail an only couple of weeks before it start stiffens again

I was able to get it parted and manually get the original grease cleaned away
By drilling 2 holes in the sealing at opposite sides insert a screw in each hole I was able to pull out the sealing and dismantle taking out the circlip and pressing it apart
I used Fomblin grease I already had wen assembly it again

It’s a easy solution that circles in Jeanneau forum. but I can’t say anything about the durability as I have not tried that

The drum can also be serviced but it’s harder than expected
Following this tutorial you may have luck or not getting it apart
Due to oxidation

Doing it properly and expecting to get 10-15 years care free use
Wishes Good luck service regards jonas

Sold my Facnor on Fleabay after 20 years as I could not afford the hassle of stiffness & having to keep adjusting the halyard. Also on my 311 the forestay was non adjustable which mean that over the 20 years I have had to buy 5 different length stays to get mast rake right. Now I have a Profurl with an inner adjustable section.
