Hi;
I want to install an Anderson connector in the cockpit to allow connecting of a flexible Wattstunde solar panel which will be deployed on top of the cockpit tent/bimini when in use. The cable will enter the cockpit thru the zippers joining the sprayhood and the cockpit tent/bimini, and follow the spray hood frame to the side. The challenge is the cable routing from the connector to the battery charger behind the nav station. I see two options for placing the connector. A) On the spray hood frame: ![]() B) On top of the entrance: ![]() Any thoughts? Alt A) should, if placed sufficiently forward, be able to be lead above the ceiling in the aft bathroom. Alt B) will have to come around the space where the entrance top plate is stored and must be routed over the cabin ceiling. Alt C) Are there other and better suggestions out there? Please share your advise / know-how about possible routes for the cable. (Yes, I'm only looking for concealed alternatives.) |
