It must be the culprit... but my tap is not the same. The handle is tilted outwards and has the shower hose inside.

Do you have part number for tap? Mine is the same as yours with shower hose inside. Couldn't find it in Boatnoon. Maybe with part number it will be easier to buy new. Thanks.

I just simply cut out the prinex couplings and inserted an inox tube into the hose, then clamp it down and you're done. 👍

Hi there - i am not sure the expansion tank is the problem as my leaks seem to come in the winter when temps are down, by Dubai standards anyway.

Silly Question, does anybody have a good solution to removing the black plastic retaining ring, that holds the cartridge in, without just hacking at it with long nosed pliers?? I fear breaking or damaging the ring.

I have a new cartridge, but on cue, the leak has stopped Clown. So job on hold while i look for the correct tool.
