Duncan,
The info I have shows the fuse for the "shower pump 1" is a 15amp fuse on the lower as DC voltage panel position XB9.3.20. I gather Pump 1 is the bow pump if not the pump 2 is at position XB9.6.41 and is also a 15 amp fuse. I have had these pumps burnt out once without the fuse blowing. So if the fuse is OK check the pump. The old type level switch in the sump can also fail. Hope all goes well and you figure it out.

Hi Wayne
I have checked those fuses so am now going to have to check the pump. Hopefully others might benefit from the fact that the grey water tank as in the owners manual is the shower pump on the fuse diagram. Many thanks for your help Duncan

i had a problem with one of those sensors...it didn't work, unless i was putting pasta in the sink. Some of those sensors are designed for seawater, so their conductivity threshold is very high....just make sure it's not the case by putting some salt and see if it works...

If its getting power but nothing is happening (pump stopped/seized) then its probably very hot. The shower sump pumps do this as well. Nothing you can do at that point but replace it. |

That tank/switch and pump are the bane of my life. - have you cleaned it, it tends to get covered in anything fatty? - then removed the pump wires, short the power wires together on the pump. Then you will know if the switch is faulty, I have replaced the pump 2x and the switch 1x
