418 intermittent electric loss

   Hi, I wonder if this has happened to anyone else. I intermittently (the worst kind of fault) lose 100% of service electrical supply so everything goes off. 
From the circuit diagram the only thing between the battery and the main power board is the isolator switch. 

Has anyone had any similar issues and if so was it an intermittent isolator fault or am I missing something?
