I replaced the Simrad IS12 instruments and Simnet network on my Hanse 350. The instruments and cables were removed in good working condition. All items and photo's can be found on https://www.wesailhanse.se/370_forsale.htm

I also swapped my original IS20 system (multi, 2 X wind, AP24 and NX40 display) for a B&G Triton & Vulcan NMEA 2000 system.   I still have original AC12 autopilot computer, compass, WR20 remote.
I have some IS20 available but the 2 wind display has malfonctions (one has cracked window, the second worn LCD display).  Multi is still OK but keys are not 100 % raliable.  AP24 still working normal.  NX 40 is still working (although power socket should be looked at and keys are very hard to push right).
Speed-depth sensor is ok but throught hull had to destroyed for removal.
Wind sensor (the second one in 12 years - worth approx £ 400 new - labelled B&G) also dead (anemometer worn bearings may be someone is able to fix)
I do have a lot of simnet cables, connectors, joiners, ...

If anyone interested...

Lessons learned : even highly priced electronics cannot last more than 10 years
