508:We sometimes prefer reefing the reacher sail by the electric furler instead of changing to the jib when sailing reaching courses. My question: Does it harm the furler gearbox, talking of 18-25 TWS?

Definitely not. These furlers are made to work that way. You dont always want 100% of the sail out.
