Hi Thomas

When our boiler failed it was in the 3rd season. I called Isotemp in Italy (we were in Malta) and they were extremely suprised that there had been a failure and said they should last for ever! Of course that is not reflected in their warranty  - but they were very helpful although we were clearly within the warranty period. Probably worth calling them directly. I cannot recall their contact details but I found them via google and they are owned by a large corporate I recall and they then put me in touch with the local agents.

Best of luck,
Keith Goodall

So here is my boiler story: I make a warranty claim at Indel-Webasto Italy - no answer. The Croatian shipyard tells me "forget it - you only have 2 y warranty" and offers me a new one for € 970 (official price € 570 Angry Wrong: Indel promotes 5 y warranty on corrosion: my boiler is 5 years old! The Swiss dealer tries to sort it out - claim rejected. I write an angry letter - the production manager from Italy personally calls me, asks some details and finally agrees to replace it for free. TongueTongue He will be on my list for the next x-mas presents. There's only one problem: The shipyard ordered a new boiler in the meantime - so now I have two boilers. Anyone for a boiler? Just ask the shipyard manager: "I make good price for you, only 1200 Euro" (Remember: It's Croatia)
