We've had many seasons of great sailing with our 2014 H385 (#275) - QUANTUM. One of the most amazing things is how dry this boat is. The bilge is normally so try it gets dusty!
Unfortunately, last summer, we started to notice water accumulating under the aft port berth, as well as under the engine and behind the engine as well (is that muffler?). Water is fresh water (not sea water) and only happens when we are using the boat, so I suspect the connections to the hot water heater might be leaking. I took a photo of the gaskets that seal these two connections, but I have no idea where to source replacements. They're a hard fiber-like material. Anyone know where I can find them? Dimensions approximate ID 1/2" (12.5mm) OD 3/4" (19mm) Width 1/16" (1.5mm) ![]() |

Have you checked the pressure relief valve on the front of the calorifier (hot water tank). This tends to leak (i.e. relieve pressure) when the water is heating, either when using the engine or the immersion heater. I have connected a hose to the open end of this valve and run it into a 1L plastic milk bottle. Over a weekend it regularly collects a good half litre of water. If this is not collected it can quickly become a problem, as you may be finding.
If this is the problem it is easy to fix - just connect a hose to the outlet and collect the water in an easily accessible place that can be regularly emptied. My bottle is in the engine compartment.
