Can’t speak to a supplier in the US. However, they’re potentially recoverable DIY. The ‘owner’ only swore a little when doing that project!
The oddest part on our 2005 hull is the way the original seat base cushions have a lip underneath with the fabric lightly glued around the foam to create it. You just have to be brave and pull the foam away! From memory you need about 20-25m of fabric (60” wide roll). However it does depend on whether you use the same fabric on the backs/bottoms. 3 cabin boat. Mark
