A/C Heat Climma system

   Jon 139 asking about the cooling pump with Air Conditioning. I turn on the two units and then the cooling pump at the pannel. The pump runs but will not suck water. This was factory installed and the dealer indicated he tested systems. I found both my units indicating HP on the thermostat. This means the system is not getting cooling water and shutting down. The pump is running, the clear reservoir where the filter is located is full but the pipes in and out of the pump are empty? Can anyone comment? Thanks Jon.
