I have to replace the network cable from the port side plotter and my electritian has said it is routed above the headling in the rear port cabin which is glued (i do not have access to the boat so I am assuming he is correct) - has anyone had to do this job and if so did you have to remove the headlining or is the cable rumn through a conduit

I dont think its removable, I had to make a small cutout to run the cables for my winches, then you can access the main cable channel on port. The cutout can be covered so its not noticable.

All our headlining on our 2014 575 is held up by HD velcro. It takes some pulling to get it down but it is possible.

Velro was indeed the case in the older boats but Hanse changed it with newer models I heard
