I’ve hauled my 505 for the winter. After discussions with my dealer we’ve agreed to power down the vessel (all battery switches off) and intermittently connect the batteries to a trickle charger. The combiner should keep everything topped up.
I’m thinking I should pull the fuses for electronics that are directly linked to the battery- Radio and Fusion stereo Bilge pump Shower sump pumps Interior cabin lights by companionway steps Anything else likely to have a phantom draw of current I’m missing from this list? Kipwrite Hanse 505 #123

If you have them, Bow and Stern thruster control fuse. The switch at the batteries only controls the thruster motor, not the actuator/arm. It will take current otherwise.

I always disconnect the whole system at the minus bar. AGM's only loose 0.6-0.8 V ober 5 months.
My new LiFePo should loose even less. |

Do not forget the 20A fuse to the diesel heater (Webasto/Eberspächer)

I also disconnect the connection from the negative battery to the battery monitor shunt, but I then reconnect the solar direct to the battery so that keeps them topped up. However I didn't have solar for the first 3 winters and the AGM batteries were perfect after an 8 month layup at Greifswald.
