Hi - Anyone know where I can source the (769-102?) connectors for the switch panel in the UK? eBay and Amazon don’t seem to have the right ones or are very expensive and not from the uk. Only source for the 769-102 as used in the factory was a site in Germany selling them at £7.69 ea!

It is worth checking the spares box that came with the boat.  I had 2 or 3 in there along with some fuses.  I think RS sell them in the UK https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/din-rail-terminal-accessories/8648433/ The picture is not accurate, but the technical spec and product number seems good.

Thanks Paul, I found the one’s on RS but they look like x4 wires and I was looking for x2 but I’ll call them in the week as, like you say, it may be that the picture isn’t representative. Unfortunately I used up the three spares that came in the kit with the boat :(

Edit

Sorry: did not realise shipped from USA . Most of the items I have bought from them come from UK warehouses. However, as USA deliveries may not be affected by BREXIT you may find the 3 day delivery quoted reliable. Albeit expensive. Couriers already understand how to transport & handle imports from USA.

Furthermore, you may find additional expensive import handling charges from Germany charged by couriers to cover the new paperwork, etc

I have been told that the Royal Mail are not currently moving small items out of Uk until procedures have been established.  That may also apply in reverse. Of course things change by the day.

I think that is where I will have to get them from, although will spend more on delivery than the actual connectors! Fortunately I think I may need a couple of other items so hopefully can combine the order

Hi Matt, you can connect to your boats WAGO DIN-rail blocks without the plug-in connector. Just need a small screwdriver to open the spring contacts on unused terminals. It takes a little working out to recognise which DIN-rail terminal do what and how they're all connected. Blue blocks are negative and interlinked by small jumpers; every blue terminal is negative. Positive connection are grey which may or may not be connected to adjacent grey block linked by small plug-in jumpers.
Each block has a top deck and a bottom deck. If the block has a pink highlight, it means the top deck is internally connected to the bottom deck; most are pink. So if the supply is connected to the left hand spring wire contact, the second spring wire contact is connected internally, almost always unused and available for new connections.
I have connected at least a dozen new devices using this method.
