Hi All,
I have 2003 three cabin layout originally built for charter. I have owned her since 2007, including three and a half years cruising the pacific with the family where the three cabin configuration was good. I now want to change the boat to a two cabin configuration and turn the stud aft cabin into a storage locker, and move the cabin bulkhead aft to increase the size of the galley. Questions:- 1. Has anyone done this, and w\are there any implications for structural integrity; and 2. If you have done this, do you have any plans or pics of the work? Cheers, Chris G

Hi, I can't speak for the 411, but we bought our 415 from new in the two cabin configuration. But Hanse being production yacht makers designed the molds to cover all the design options they offer to new customers. So our boat has a recess in the ceiling molding for both the third cabin bulkhead and that for the optional forward cabin toilet.
I am sure that on the 415 there is no structural issue between a 2 or a 3 cabin layout and I would have thought the 411 should be the same . Good luck All the best Paul
