My local club has a slip available but it is only 12' beam. Has anyone measured their beam at water line? I'm wondering if we can still fit our Hanse 388 (Beam: 12' 10" at deck level). Thanks!

I very much doubt this would work.  Remember your fenders will add around 20cm on each side, and the pontoon will not be at the waterline itself bit maybe 50vm or more above.
