I already posted about this, but now I understand why the anchorplate gets loose after a while. Hanse decided to laminate 4 nuts in the polyester, which apperently come loose if the strenghts on the plate get more serious. I do not urnderstand this descision, because there is also an alu plate below the deck where the 4 bolts should get there hold into. However, on my specific version this aluplate is not laminated like it should and furthermore I notice that the 2 front bolds even don't go into the alu plate, but are only connected to the nuts in the polyester.
With this (bad) construction, are there more stories from people where this plate gets ripped of the deck? And how did you solve it? |
