Hi All,
I'm new here, please be gentle. I looking for a sailboat that's also capable to cross the Atlantic and the Pacific oceans. Prefer a new boat over a used one. I read in the specs of the Hanse 355 that it's > CE Certificate A (ocean) What's your experience with offshore sailing of the 355 ?? Thanks, V.

Vronsky,
345 or 385 are the new boats.
CE certification A means they will go, but they are relatively small and light displacement which would make them less comfortable in bad weather than a heavy displacement long keel boat. Also you would probably want to upgrade some of the fittings. Having said that, Hanses do travel far and wide.

Hi,
In the H350 section you will find story of one that crossed the Atlantic and back a few years ago.
