Hanse 311 rating

   Dear All
Can someone tell me what the current rating for a Hanse 311 is  these days
Preferably with feathering prop as I understand this affects the rating
Just did 1st race but I think the flag officers were being kind as we achieved a second
I am told next race will have handicap adjusted by -2.1% so we will have to try harder
