ad una mia domanda di intervento per una perdita della valvola di ingresso dell’acqua, il responsabile Hanse di competenza mi ha risposto che loro non sono responsabili per il tasso di calcare delle acque in Croazia.....
Dopo nemmeno 14 mesi di vita ed un uso molto limitato ? Se vogliono vendere barche da navigare in quelle zone dovrebbero cercare forse dei materiali migliori.... visto il costo globale dell’imbarcazione é il minimo che ci si dovrebbe aspettare....

Hänse ist nicht geeignet für kroatischen Gewässer? Zu meiner Frage der Intervention für einen Verlust des Wassereinlassventils, teilte mir der zuständige Hanse-Mann mit, dass Hanse nicht für die schlechte quälitat des Trinkwasser in Kroatien verantwortlich gemacht werden kann. Ich sollte d. mangelhaften Teil selbst tauschen und bezahlen....
Nach nur 14 Monaten Lebensdauer und sehr eingeschränkter Nutzung? Frage: Wenn Hanse Boote verkaufen will, um in diesen Gebieten zu segeln, sollte sie nicht nach vielleicht besseren Materialien suchen? Angesichts der Gesamtkosten des Bootes ist das Minimum, das zu erwarten ist ... |
