isotherm fridge failure

   Hi AllLooking for for guidance, I have the original Isotherm model in my 400, and I’ve managed to get it part way out to try and diagnose the problem
The cycle seems to be, power on, fan runs for 1m 8 secs then turns of , within 2 sec a the compressor kicks, fan restarts
This seem to be a continuous cycle 
Anyone seen this before, is it likely to be a refridgerant gas issue or a controller issue?
