Our Jabsco E-toilet (Deluxe Flush) does not pump out and up into the blackwater tank. After disengaging the motor and several cleaning sessions with different detergents, the mecanics thinks that the motor is ok but that the tube leading into the tank is stuck or too much clogged with urinary stone and wants to replace it. Looking at the mounting of this tube (H508 #48, 2020) this looks like a difficult job behind the walls! Has anyone ever done that?

Salut Thomas

Been there, done that .....Happened to us 2 years ago.Confused

Was not as bad as we thought it would be.The actual problem was the long tube (not the hose) inside the tank.
In our case,it was in the fore head and access to the tank was relatively not too difficult.Removing the lower hoses were very challenging. After removing tank we flushed everything out and let sit on dock to dry out.Using a rubber hammer to unstick the material worked great. As for the tube,a bit the same procedure, but also used a broom handle to remove stone.Finished off using a brush and in no time our waste tank was as good as new.

We now flush out our tank weekly with hot water .We also half fill tank (closed seacock) and add 2-3 polident (denture cleaners)........and let sit for a few hours.

No problem sinceSmile.

Good luck.
