I have just read the manual a little more carefull. If anything else fails that is an option
 It seems the Side power can be installed with an optional main switch which will remove the power when the system is deactivated from the touch panel. I will have to check if mine is equipped with that. I will be back in the boat in a weeks time. Thanks for the valid comments. They made me think again!!

Hi all,
Planning to add a Vetus to my 370e. The guy I'm thinking of hiring for the job would want to fit a Vetus 45. He says that it should be easily enough. But it seems that most of you have a bigger and more powerful? Will I regreat it? A vetus 55 would actually be cheaper, but the smaller unit can be placed a bit more foreward to create better moment. Is the hull sandwitch or full fiberglass from the area the whole needs to be drilled? Thanks!
