One of the tubular lifeline turnbuckles rattled loose and was lost in a cross country shipment of a 2014 345. The thread profile does not match the replacement that is available in West Marine (US retail). I suspect this is a different (metric?) thread count.

Might anyone be able to direct me on how to source a replacement? I am hoping not to have to replace the lifeline…

Yep, they would be metric - 6mm I think. You could try Boatoon ( The Hanse shop) although I couldn't find it by searching. You may need to email them.

Go to Website www.svb.de, Switch to English and use turnbuckle.
If I remember correctly the terminals on H 345 are 6 mm
The German Name is Wantenspanner

Vela sailing supply in the US might be able to help you. The lifelines on my 505 are made with M6 threads.

Thank you everyone. Yes, I’ve confirmed 6mm.
I’ve ordered replacements, as I found another that was incorrect (3/8 forced on to 6mm threads).
