10mm should work on The 46 Lewmar Winch. Than You should have dyneema whith The advantage of less friction.

Our mainsheet needs replacing, and when I measured last weekend it looks to be 12mm and around 21m long. Nowhere near the 30m or 14mm suggested on the website linked above. Now it may be partly down to the fact that I measured it while attached rather than measured after removing - but a 9m difference seems enormous! I'll need to remove and measure again when I'm next onboard, but it would be helpful to know what length and diameter other 400e (we are 2008) have. Thanks!
