New 'plastic' wheel; rerouted windvane ctrl lines

   As I hardly ever use the (heavy) 1400mm stainles wheel as most of the time steering is done by autopilot or windvane  I decided to change it for a (very light) Carbonautica 'plastic' one, due to this I had to rearange the ctrl lines as I didn't want to drill holes for the pully wheel, tested it last week still works like a dream with zero amps.https://youtu.be/44dyWwuAYGw
