Overlapping jib - which tracks?

   One of my planned upgrades in 2017 is to get a larger jib to use in low wind and our club races.
But my 415 isn't equipped with tracks & blocks for the non-self-taking jib sheets.

Can anyone confirm if this boatoon listing is the one I want?
