I have a 470 and I do not know where is the bet place and the best system to storage the life raft. Any suggestion is appreciated. Thank you.

In my 505 I store mine in a locker on deck when underway off-shore. I added a small pad eye inside to attach the painter. That way it is easy to deploy if ever needed. There is lots of disagreement on this issue. Many want auto-deploying on the deck or rail. I am concerned that such a strategy could end up with the raft caught in rigging.
