Hello
I recently acquired a 2007 Hanse 315.
I am looking for what anchor Hanse designed the bow roller in mind with.

I have tried a Lewmar 10kg and the fluke can hit the bow starboard side.
I have tried a Rocna 10kg Original it fluke can also hit the bow starboard side...in addition it obstructs the gennaker stainless steel extension.

Grateful for input!

I cant comment on what anchor your boat was originally designed for but Hanse certainly favoured delta anchors and they are normally the bare minimum size for each vessel so you may find the original was smaller than the 10kg you tried.

If i were you i would look to have your bow roller extended so you can accommodate the correct size anchor of your choice clear of the bow.

You have a 301 which I s not much smaller than yours and it was set up for a 7.5 kg Bruce type anchor..
This actually works well..
