My self tracking track has come loose at the deck on the port side.  THe front connection is good, rear is lifting off the deck under load.     I suspect a broken weld, but it could be that the nut has simply come loose.
I cannot see an easy way to access the rear nut.  The front connection has a nice access hole covered with wood trim, however nothing was provided for the rear connection on either side.   I removed the head liner from the main cabin thinking I could probably reach the rear nut from that side but there is no access there.  Does anyone know how to reach the rear nut?

There may not be a nut. It could be that the aluminium reinforcing plate moulded into the deck is tapped (threaded) for the bolt. If that is the case, either the bolt needs tightening (presumably you have tried this) or, most likely, the thread is stripped in the aluminium. The solution would be to re-tap the thread and fit a (slightly) larger (wider) bolt.

the nuts should be seen under the ceiling plates. Maybe you could use a small camera to find them.

It may be worth asking a Hanse Agent if they have a file with the drawings of aluminium bonded in to the glassfibre structure. These are available for other models. Failing that contact Hanse direct.

I was finally able to locate the stud between the deck and inner liner,  cannot see if the nut is still attached.   It appears I will need to drill an access hole in the liner to gain access.
