Hi,

My Simrad IS 12 mast top unit doesn't rotate any more. It is obviously original from 2006 and has been rotating all year round ever since. Any hints what to do? In case replacing is the only option, could I take IS 15 MTU instead of IS 12?

You can take it down and replace the bearing, if that is the cause.

It might be the bearing. Any idea, from where do I find a new bearing? Are there instructions available somewhere?

You can take the actual IS40 /B&G T41 Windtransducer

I still have my old one in my basement. Turning but with an electrical problem.....
