Can anyone explain the purpose of the "P" and "S" panel at the top right of the SailSteeer graphic?

This image shows me drifting along in very light winds with about 3 miles to my waypoint which should take just under an hour at my 3.2kts SOG.

The TTW-S looks correct but what is the information above it showing?

Looking at the configuration options it appears this panel shows time to layline.
I assume this is only valid / meaningful when tacking upwind?
Can anyone provide further clarification?

P - Power

S - Sail

But if Vulcan set to Sail boat should P even be there?
