Hi,

I am interested too.

I already have an eclipse roller shade on my carre hatch and i want the same for my cabin.

But i don't know which part i have to buy. I have Lewmar product and i think the size of both hatches is T60.

Does someone have already buy eclipse roller shade or know informations about products ?

Best

Hi,

I am looking for new acrylics to my Lewmar hatches. Both of them are Sz 60 but I don't know if they are low profile or medium profile. The difference is that low profile has 10 mm acrylic and medium profile 12 mm. I have a Hanse 400e from 2006, but the hatches are the same on 370. Does anybody know which one is the right profile?

Regards,
Heikki

Do you have pictures on the ones you need t change?
Have you looked at the product number etched in the acrylic?
Regarding roof/ceilng/deck hatches you should go with the new Lewmar ones that do not have the aluminium frame on the inside as it will detach later or sooner due to the glue deteriorating from UV light.

Hi MarcoC,

Here is the photo of my hatch. My boat is in Finland and I am in France unable to have a closer look at the hatch, so my son went there to make measurements. He could not find any identification number in the acrylic, but according to his measurements the height of hatch is around 25 mm. This is much less than the given height to medium profile hatch (32 mm). So I believe, it is a low profile hatch.

Heikki

Hi I'm on board my 2008 370 at the moment. I have a flush fore hatch so can't help there and I checked my main cabin hatch, but there are no markings on it. It looks like you can get the acrylic out as the rim has 4 screws clamping it together which I guess gives enough space, once undone, to slip the acrylic out.
You should them be able to get to a local sign maker and get them to cut one to size. I'm assuming it does not need polished edges so should be a quick process.
I think the risk is that the screws don't come out and you need to replace the whole hatch!
