I now install two electric winches on the boat.
How to connected the wires to the powerboard below the eltronic Sterling panel?
It looks like there need to be mounted to 100A fuses in the sockets and after this the two + cables can be connected directly on the powerboard. The Ground for the - cables can be connected many places.

How to do it?

A zillion times I have written "try the search function", to questions like this, but I just searched "Lewmar electric winch", and since a (not so smart) administrator put a lid on the number of posts to be showed (100), it can be difficult to find the older posts on any subject. Johan Hackman and others of the "oldies" have written some 3.500 posts, and you can only watch the last 100. I do suggest, that this "not so smart" limit be removed in the future by an administrator.
A lot of usable posts are hidden in cyberspace right now.
To new member Bernt, I can advice to google the subject, and discover this:

Furthermore you can find a few u-tube videos about the installation.

In the link above you can see the necessary accessories to your winch.
It is VERY IMPORTANT to mount a Contactor ( a  very big relay) for each of the winches, as well as a safety switch, a curcuit breaker and an electric switchkit.
Tonight I did not have the patience to use the searchfunction in this forum, but there should be all the information you need, if it has not been deemed as too old by the moderator/administrator.
A few years ago I sent this:
https://www.myhanse.com/uploads/729/Cover.jpg" rel="nofollow - https://www.myhanse.com/uploads/729/Cover.jpg

If you still are in doubt after reading the Lewmar .pdf, and watching the videos, ask me here or by a PM (personal mail), and I will try to answer.
As I remember, the automatic fuse/curcuit breaker is 150A, but I can check saturday on the boat, and maybe take a few fotos.

Hello Bernt and other 345/385 electric winch owners,
I am also about to upgrade my starboard winch to electric. Searching the forum for tips, I found your post. Mounting the kit won't be a big problem, thanks to helpful tips from the forum. My next challenge is to find a practical route for the thick cables between winch and batteries. It would be a great help if you or someone else could help me with tips or maybe pictures for solving this.
thanks in advance,
Frank

Depending on the specifik model nr. the batty bank is in different side of the boat. The trick to shirten the lenght og the wiring is to use the space in the sandwich roof indhente afg cabin (s) when wiring from the one winch to the ofther. In this way its possible to only use 70m2 wire according to the specifikation installation manual from Lewmar

If you have single aft cabin I would take these via the engine.  Cables will be visible in the starboard locker, but much shorter than goin aft and around the back of the port cabin.
